While we have stock 20-footer and 40-foot models ready any custom requests are built, delivered and installed within 3 months.
What are the phases of the process?
PLANNING: We conduct site surveys, finalize floorplans, and ensure all permits and zoning requirements are met. A dedicated project manager will oversee everything.
CONSTRUCTION: We fabricate and customize your container at our Los Angeles facility, then our partner GCs manage on-site installation.
DELIVERY & PLACEMENT: We handle site preparation, placement, and utility hookups to ensure your home is move-in ready.
