Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale, construction, and delivery of custom modular homes by BeyondMod (“Company”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Payments

• A deposit of 20% is required to initiate construction.
• Full payment is due before delivery.
• Payments are non-refundable after project commencement.

3. Construction and Delivery

• Homes are built within 3 months from order confirmation.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues) may occur, and the Company is not liable for such delays.
• Delivery fees are quoted separately.

4. Warranty & Liability

• We provide a 6 months warranty covering structural integrity and manufacturing defects.
• The Company is not responsible for damages due to improper installation or modifications after delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders canceled before construction begins are eligible for a refund minus processing fees.
• No refunds are available once construction has started.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our modular homes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the transaction occurs.
